Dairy 2 cups (480 ml) as nonfat milk, yogurt, or cheese
Fruits 1 cup or ½ cup of dried fruit
Vegetables 1 cup raw or cooked or 2 cup leafy greens
Grains 3 ounces (90 grams). One serving is: 1 slice of bread, ½ cup of oatmeal or pasta or rice, or 1 cup dry cereal
Protein: 2 ounces as cooked meat, poultry, fish, beans, egg, or peanut butter.
