Protein and nutrients are important for your child’s final height.
This study of over 4000 kids found that children who drank milk versus non-dairy drinks were shorter. The researchers projected that a child who drinks 3 cups (24 ounces or 750ml) of a non-milk drink (rice, almond, etc.) daily may be more than half an inch shorter than a milk drinker.
